When will I receive my order?

Please allow 5-10 business days for order printing, processing and packaging, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS or UPS tracking number.

To track your package, go to the link that was emailed, enter your tracking number, and press the "track" button to get shipment details.

I purchased different stickers / products with multiple transactions, Can I get the shipping cost refunded?

Unfortunately, no. Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE when you make a purchase from our website. To avoid this, make sure you only make one bulk order. 

I used a wrong address, can I contact you directly with any questions?
